1. General Policy

All sales are final once payment is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
   •    Online courses and video lessons
   •    Mentorship programs
   •    Digital downloads and eBooks
   •    Webinars, workshops, and masterclasses

We do not offer refunds for any of the above once access has been granted.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in special cases, such as:
   •    Duplicate payments made by mistake
   •    Technical issues that prevent access to the course (verified by our support team)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Payment Disputes

We encourage all students to contact us first before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We’re happy to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to future courses.

4. Program Changes or Cancellations

If Profitable Trading Academy cancels a course or live session before it begins, students will receive a full refund or credit toward another program of equal value.
